I DON'T WANT TO LOSE MY LIFE IN VAIN

I have been working hard,
One day, I will touch the zenith,
But it is just a hope,
Having no clue of ending.

An umpteen plan blocked my brain,
Sometimes, pauses my heart,
Wipes out my slumber.
What is happening to me?

I’ve been looking to pause the time in all the places.
I have to do many things,
Don’t let me behind,
I don’t want to lose my life in vain.

I’m in confusion which way let me reach the destination,
But which destination should I have chosen.
All these have eaten my brain.
What is happening to me?

I found this world is a full of thorns and spikes.
However, I see a beautiful thing,
Which I love to grab passionately.
Although, it is just as a pitcher plant.

I shall rather see the day in night than the night in day.
I love my work more than I take care of myself.
However, I forfeited some opportunities,
Don’t let me more, now,
I don’t want to lose my life in vain.
